Kyauk Kyaw
Kyauk kyaw is a traditional Burmese dessert consisting of coconut milk, agar-agar powder, water, sugar, and salt. The ingredients are mixed together and then boiled. Then it is simmered until the mixture is allowed to sit at room temperature. The final result will be a firm, gelatin dessert with two distinct layers: a creamy, coconut white layer and a transparent water layer. Often, this desert is then sliced into square-like pieces for people to enjoy!
